Do not bother booking on hotels.com because the perks that you are promised are not delivered. And this is not the first time this has happened at this property. Also, no one is working the front desk ever so you can’t do anything in person. Everything is over text. Also the WiFi was down the entire time. And don’t expect to check in even one second before 4pm. They don’t send you the door code until 4 at the earliest. And even then I had to wait til after 4 to get my code and into my room and even then the code they sent me wasn’t correct. It really is a nice little property but don’t go into your stay with high expectations

Our room was okay and the grounds were nice. My issue is that our toilet would not flush and our shower would not drain. We exhausted every resource imaginable to get in touch with staff or find tools to try and take care of it ourselves. No one seems to work at the property or answer the phone/texts until after 11am. We had to check out earlier to go find facilities to use. We had one response to our texts that day stating they were tracking out to management to find a solution and THEN….crickets. Let our family take one for the entire team of humanity here! Avoid these cabins!!!!

There was cobwebs on the ceiling. Bathroom had no toiletries. Heater did not work at all. Hot water wasn’t working properly didn’t work in the bathroom sink and shower took for ever to get warm. They also advertised a game room with multiple games and it is more like a game in the living room area was nothing as shown on the pictures false advertising at its best the restroom floor was stained and corners dirty walls were a bit dirty as well ultimately the scenery outside is beautiful but the cabin itself doesn’t give you that cabin stay feel very disappointing from what I thought it would be from what the pictures show I might as well of stood at a best western

Our 2 Queen cabin was perfect for our family of 3. Loved the decor. Shower stall was a bit tight even for our 8 year old but not a huge problem. The only downside was the walls are a bit thin and we could hear our neighbors in the morning (and they seemed to be chatting at a reasonable level). Even with that, I'd stay again!

Nice clean room. Comfortable bed and linens. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Could use lighting at steps going down to parking area as well as in the common area leading to cabins. A little pricy for basic accommodations. Sticklers on check in and out times. I’d stay again if they reduced prices or had specials. .

We had to travel to Phelan for work, coworkers recommended staying in Wrightwood. So glad we picked Grand Pine. Cute and cozy. Super easy to check in and out, walking distance to a good number of restaurants and a grocery store. We WILL be staying here again when we need to travel for work.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. They knowingly rented us a room with broken a/c in the middle of summer. It was 90 degrees when we got into the room after 6 pm. There was a notice on the a/c unit that it was “temporarily broken.” The dubious sign on the opposite wall warned us not to open windows. It cooled down to 87 degrees by 9 pm. The front desk said that all the other rooms were rented out but we could open the windows. The problem is that we had to keep the windows and heavy curtains open all night to cool the room off, so people could walk by and look into the windows. When we closed the curtains, the temp rose back up to the ‘80’s. All in all, a terrible experience. I would definitely think twice about booking a room here.
