我訂了兩間房，其中一間房浴室去水好慢，兩間房的 沖涼水壓相差很遠，陽台對出大路，開氣窗的鎖令人覺得安全感不足，因為用地熱 ，冇得調較，所以好熱。 未checkout, 職員已經未有敲門, 就打開房間

Nonsense

Very dirty..long hair on sheets,dirty floors,broken glass in window, dirty,wet towels on the patio not mention that there is No shuttle, there is No pool,towels are so dark and washed off,tea cups dirty..Code to hotel didn't work yet nobody to ask..restaurant opens at 5pm..and location is not that great..I will never stay in this hotel..and this place shouldn't be call hotel..maybe motel...I stay in many hotels with hotels.com....yet this one was Total disappointment..

Aucune réception, aucun mail reçu pour récupérer le code de la chambre. Chambre petite vieillissante fenêtre se fermant mal et ventilation de la porte fenêtre bouché avec du scotch. Douche et petit lavabo dans la même piece que le lit. Literie confortable.

Unclean, but could be nice

Got there around 10:30 and did self check in. I had never gotten an email but was able to call using lobby phone and they gave me the code, so that was fine. Fridge was broken and dirty and the shower either was not cleaned or not cleaned well as there was a gross substance in the corner of it and the wall looked to be falling apart. I originally tried changing to an ocean view and hotels.com was horrible to work with as they claimed any change in room would have had to cancel without refund and book new.

A bit of a rough start.

We arrived about midnight. We had received directions on how to do a self service key lock. Unfortunately the key code for the reception entrance was so dark , we didn’t see it. When we finally found it, we were getting a “battery low” message. After a bit of panic, we pulled out the email from the hotel, and spoke with someone who was able to help us. After a bit of a rough start, everything in the room was good.

A good stay overall

Overall this place was ok. It did the job. Make sure you contact them 24 hrs before arrival for codes as there is no receptionist. Other hotels tend to contact you beforehand. Arrived and couldn’t get in! Was sorted eventually after I made phone calls. We left the tag on door but no room maintenance during stay. Great location for restaurant and harbour views.

The room was small but had a view of the water and a patio. The shower water was hot and the bed cozy. I did have some trouble setting up the tv in the room but I figured it out.

Great place to post up a few nights..balcony, right on the water..restaurant, cute other restaurants and bars 5 min walk..at hotel no one bothers you..25 min cab to Blue Lagoon like $75 (cheap compared to Reykjavic), I would stay here again

Not good enough on a wild winter's night

We changed are plans at the last minute due to the bad weather and wanting to be closer to the airport. Duus hotel promised a restaurant but once we arrived found out it was closed over Christmas. It was self checkin, and when we arrived we seemed to be the only people there, which felt a little unsafe on a stormy night on the coast. As the storm progressed, we had snow coming through the skylight in our room. We called to mention this. When the owner came and looked at it, seemed like he didn't believe us as the snow had stopped (even though the floor was wet). Very surprised that we were not offered a different room at this point, there were plenty available.
