This really is a lovely hotel and the staff are so helpful. Great location for accessing the main town square and Jewish Quarter. Located very close to Wawel Castle and the river, where you can take a boat tour. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent Hotel Experience! Loved everything about this stay! The exclusive rooms are beautifully designed with incredibly stylish bathrooms. Definitely a 5 star experience, the staff was incredible from the start, a glass of Spple Champagne, then they got us checked in, parked our car and brought up our luggage. Dinner in their hotel restaurant was superb. They set up our tour for the next day at Auschwitz. With pick up at the hotel. The bed was so incredibly comfortable, the room was spacious. Our tour pick up was at 6:00 am, they had a to go breakfast waiting for us along with a cup of coffee. Their hotel breakfast was also incredible along with everyone we came into contact with.

A lovely hidden gem outside of the old town, near the river yet only 10 minutes walk into the old town. Everywhere in Krakow is accessible with superb transport links so being slightly out of the old town suited us well. Everyone in the hotel is lovely and can't do enough for you. Rooms are perfect, quiet, well appointed. Special thanks to Aneta and the team who looked after us at breakfast and helped teach us some polish words! Also the reception team were brilliant at helping us to arrange anything we needed. Highly recommend this hotel and will stay again next time we visit Krakow which is a beautiful city.
