Everything about the stay from: the front desk service, housekeeping, cleanliness, amenities and breakfast, was perfect..
Due to renovations I assume, the handicapp parking was not assessible making parking extremely challenging when you have multiple residents in wheelchairs..
THE REASON I GAVE COMFORT A LOW SCORE IS THE TOILETS IN THE HANDICAP ROOMS.. THEY ARE TOO LOW TO THE GROUND AND THEY DO NOT HAVE SUPPORT RAILS.. MY FAMILY AND I WERE THERE FOR A FAMILY REUNION.. WE HAD 3 HANDICAP ROOMS.. 2 KING SUITES AND 1 DBL QUEEN SUITE.. NONE OF THE TOILETS HAD SUPPORT RAILS.. I HAD TO PURCHASE A RAISED POTTY SEAT, WHICH I HAD NO USE FOR AFTER THIS HOTEL STAY.. WE WERE THERE LABOR DÀY WEEKEND.. WE ALL CHECKED IN FRI, 29AUG.. TWO CHECKED OUT SUN, 31AUG AND LAST CHECKED OUT TUE, 02SEP.. LAST NAMES, MCCARTER, JOSEPH AND CLARK.. ROOMS 107, 230 AND 101..
