We really enjoyed our stay in Fraser Suites. The hotel is historical and modern at the same time and it is located to center of the city, so that that was too comfortable to reach the restaurants and marktplatz. The room was clean and comfortable including a kitchenette. Small details and equipments that you need to cook were included in the kitchenette. We really liked the hotel, we can prefer our next visit.

Falls short of true 5-star standards I had high expectations for Fraser Suites Hamburg, but the experience unfortunately didn’t live up to what international travelers would expect from a 5-star hotel. Breakfast at €32 per person was disappointing — no scrambled eggs, baked beans, or bacon, and the hard-boiled eggs had green yolks, which is simply not acceptable for a hotel in this price range. The carpets in the hallways and reception were noticeably dirty and worn, leaving a poor first impression. At nearly 2000 DKK per night, excluding breakfast, one would expect a much higher level of care, service, and attention to detail. Personally, I don’t mind paying for quality — but it’s easy to find hotels in Hamburg that offer both better value and higher standards than what Fraser Suites currently delivers.

The overall atmosphere of the hotel was superb! I really like that it has a library. Other amenities such as sauna and gym are available too! However, as an Expedia platinum I didn't receive any VIP Perks or treatment. Hopefully expedia and the hotel work together more about this.
