Close to Slough station, but very noise from the train.
The service is really bad, we paid GBP200 for deposit, after 2 months and chasing many time, the deposit still not refund yet. also the apartment owner is very rude and keep ignoring us.
there are few apartments nearby, if you want a happy memory, better not packing this.

On the day of check in I was told they had to change the apartment, so I end up in a different one that was further away, and since my colleagues were in the other building I know the other apartment was much better. The apartment was okay, but it didn't had internet, end up spending the whole week without internet, they said they would compensate for the fact that I had to use my own internet, but the never took care of it...

No soap, shampoo, body gel or dishwasher tablets.
Bed sheet is too small for the bed.
Boobly bed sheet, duvet cover and pillow cases.

Awful service, okay apartment. Stay elsewhere!
Apartment itself was nice. Comfortable bed and kitchen/living room good.
Key issues:
Cleanliness - pots and pans dirty and not properly washed. Naturally question how clean everything else was!
Missing amenities: no shower gel/shampoo provided even though stated in the booking confirmation. Quite frustrating when you turn up late after work and then end up having to go back out to purchase basics such as this. Contacted owner who simply ignored
Ironing damaging clothes : used the property’s iron to iron my shirt in the morning. Iron left a black mark on my shirt after pressing the button for steam. Looked like dirt stuck in the iron. Contacted the owner who suggested I had burnt my shirt leaving the iron on for too long which was very frustrating to hear! I then recorded a video of how the iron stains and was then told ‘it was my liability’. Very frustrating response
