El hotel está ubicado en una zona bastante céntrica, conveniente para llegar a la playa, restaurantes, la Plaza y pueblos vecinos. Al momento de hacer el check-in, no contaban con sistema o no estaban preparados para recibirnos, lo cual fue un inconveniente. Además, el hotel no ofrece estacionamiento; tuvimos que pagar $50.00 adicionales (a razón de $25 por día) para poder aparcar cerca. Las almohadas eran incómodas. Si es solo para una noche, no está mal, pero hay mejores hoteles en los que puedes quedarte.

The Wave Hotel doesn't respond to messages via the Hotels.com platform. Their phone number doesn't work and they don't have a working website, so we aren't even sure if the hotel is actually open. We tried multiple times to contact them about a late arrival and they didn't respond, so we had to find an alternate hotel (and spend more $$) as a result. Even the Hotels.com customer support team failed to contact them when we asked for help. Either this hotel is no longer in business or it simply doesn't operate in a professional manner. We wasted time and money as a result. Horrible experience.

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever been!!!! The sheets where stain with BLOOD!!!!!! Then when you call the front desk they never picked up. When i walked down there was the front desk agent on his phone laughing.... he gave me new sheets, and when I went to my room and had to put them on the bed they was the wrong sheets... my wife was vivid!!! She went down and ask for new sheets, then ask me to call to see what wrong, and turns out the front desk agent had the phone on silent! So that the guest had to come down. Thats not all!!! I could here every single noise from the other rooms!!!! It was a total inconvenience!!!! I wouldnt recommended to anyone! Not even for a night layover... This hotel and ita staff is STRASH!!!!! I absolutely love Puerto Rico, and have never had an experience like this ever!!!! Don't spend your money here!!!!!
