Its a great experience living in the barrel. Every customer staying there include one wine tasting tour, understand more about Port wine. However, moving there or other spots might possibly need to drive. No public transport reaching the area.

Good vineyard with hotel to stay

We stay one night in the hotel in a group of 6 people. The rooms are big enough and fine. The vinyard is just next to the hotel and you can take good pictures nearby. A tour with wine tasting are provided but you have to arrive before 4 pm. The dinner in the hotel is a bit disappointed in term of value for money. A dinner with 4 courses with paired wine charged 75 euro. We selected individual dishes instead but the wine charged is expensive for a vineyard that produces its own wine. Overall, a good stay but could be improved.

A equipe de funcionários é espetacular, a propriedade é linda e os vinhos são excelentes. A melhorar, indicaria apenas uma maior diversidade no café da manhã, inclusive com a inclusão de doces tipicamente portugueses que não existe. Além disso, os amenites disponibilizados no quarto, como sabonetes, shampoo, etc, não condizem com a qualidade do hotel.

A The Wine House Hotel, na Quinta da Pacheca, tem um cenário deslumbrante, com vinhedos encantadores e uma atmosfera única para os amantes do vinho. 🍷🌿 O restaurante é excelente e a experiência enogastronômica realmente vale a visita. Por outro lado, o quarto ficou aquém do valor cobrado. Apesar do charme da propriedade, a relação custo-benefício não correspondeu às expectativas, já que a hospedagem não acompanhou o nível de excelência que o local promete em outros aspectos. No geral, é um lugar especial para vivenciar o universo do vinho, mas com pontos a melhorar na hospedagem. ⭐⭐⭐

Endroit magnifique. Nous avons apprécié le pic-nic plus que copieux et avons adoré notre expérience de dormir dans le baril! L’accord met et vin pour le souper était aussi une belle et bonne expérience. Beaucoup d’inclusions dans le séjour, dont une visite et une dégustation de vins et portos. Personnel très attentionné.

Hotel dentro de uma vinicola no Douro. Valeu muito a pena fazer a degustação premium da vinícola, numa área especial de degustação dos melhores vinhos da vinícola. Café da manhã muito bom e atendimento nota 10.

My friends and I had a fantastic time at the hotel! The service was outstanding—especially from the bar staff, including Fabio and his team. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We’ll definitely be returning in the future!

Beautiful property with a great wine tour. Breakfast was delicious as well and it had a nice bar. There are wild peacocks and pea hens running around and the spa has some unusual treatments. Loved this stay!

Hotel maravilhoso, falta calor humano

O hotel é lindo, em uma região maravilhosa, muito moderno, quarto confortável. O restaurante é bem saboroso. O hotel em espaço físico é maravilhoso. Os funcionários são educados, mas não são atenciosos. Quando você fica em um hotel boutique você espera alem da educação,o zelo e atenção. É um atendimento mais personalizado. Os amenities do quarto não são repostos de um dia para o outro. Não tem abertura de cama. São pequenos gestos que ao final da estadia fazem muita diferença. Acordamos cedo com barulho da obra que está sendo feita. Poderiam começar após as 10 da manhã. O horário do café da manhã é também ruim. Das 8 às 10. Gostamos muito do hotel, mas achamos que por ser um hotel boutique falta calor humano. Tivemos um manobrista que foi excelente. Sr João, os demais foram educados, mas não calorosos.
