I didn't appreciate that the hotel charges a $150.00 hold upon check-in. In addition, they keep $27 dollars for a "resort fee" when there's not even a pool or any other amenities of the sort. Also, I paid the $150 with my credit card, got a receipt and then later that night they tried to charge an addition $150 to my card on file. Other than that, the location is ideal.

Great location if you want to explore different areas of Manhattan because of its central location. It’s close to Pen Station as well so if you’re going to be utilizing the subway it’s great for accessing a lot of train options. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful.
