The room was clean. The staff were polite, always holding elevator doors & always available. The snacks downstairs were awesome. The hotel was immaculately placed as it was in the middle of everything. The water pressure, oh man the water pressure was so amazing. Happy to see a hotel with very clean rugs. For the simple room thay I had, my room was on the 30th floor & provided me with an amazing view.
Unfortunately the hotel is located across the way from a school. So if you try to get air in the room at night, in the morning you're going to hear school chants & kids.

Had a wonderful time here. Most impressive was the overall staff which were quick to help us with our problems. I felt that they were all courteous and helpful. Our cleaning lady on the 35th floor, Angel Yang, went out of her way to check in with us when we bump into her in the hallway. Definitely would stay here again.

Best location, steps away from subway, walkable to many attractions. Breakfast was just average . Staff very helpful and polite, housekeeping crew were very hospitable too! Good size room and bathroom. Only issue was room too hot even with the aircon turned to the lowest, we had to open the windows Would stay here again and recommend to my friends

Best location with good price. Staff service is excellent. Front office staff Miki is very kind, helpful and nice. My room was upgraded to a suite. Housekeeping staff is also very polite and passionate. Having noticed our need, she took initiative to put more bottles of water daily for consumption. Central and spacious

A wonderful hotel, with big spacious rooms, and if you are high enough, great views. I loved its central location, I was able to walk everywhere I needed to go. As with many Chinese hotels, there is the smell of cigarette smoke in some areas. The breakfast was expansive and impressive. Excellent value for money all round. I enjoyed my stay.

Staying at Glenview was a pleasure. I appreciated the attentive care that the front desk provided when checking in and out. They also answered all my questions I had and communication and care were out standing especially Grace. She provided me fantastic hospitality. The bellmen provided an excellent service when it came to delivering luggage and getting taxis. Thank you and you’re welcome were said every time I spoke to an employee. Very respectful and kind. The housekeepers provided excellent care of our room and made sure we had everything we needed in the room. As well as the cleaning they did which was fantastic. They also left us a note with kind words, which was a very nice touch to make us feel welcome.
