Cozy Cottage with Comfortable Bedding

Started a great day for breakfast at the terrace. Staffs are friendly and helpful, just 15 minutes walk to Entrance 3. Lovely room with comfortable bed for next day walk. Food was delicious and value for money, just need to prepare more cash as they don’t accept card.

So elegant and convenient B&B

整個民宿很高雅、很乾淨，前面就可以停車。host很熱情，入住前幾天就先email提醒進入Plitvice park的注意事項，第一天check in後，還招待我們吃好吃的的手作蛋糕。民宿離Plitvice Park的三號入口很近，從三入口可以避開人潮，也可以方便連接到上下湖區！

The place is beautiful. Rooms are very clean and new, and the bed in the deluxe room was very comfortable! You can even look at the stars at night.

My friend and I stayed at Plitvice Fall Cottage for a day. We had a wonderful time here. From the pick up from the bus station to check in everything went so smoothly. Dominik, Natali and together with all the workers here are so friendly and helpful. The seabass dinner was fantastic! Breakfast was delicious with many choices. We enjoy the stay very much. We would definitely come back again.

Charming inn, super comfortable bed in a large room. Owners are so nice and had very helpful advice for getting the most of our day at Plitvice Lakes. Breakfast was superb!

Fantastic staff and great location

The staff was incredibly accommodating, friendly and helpful! Walking into Plitvice Lakes National Park was a great plus to this location. Only improvement would be to accept credit cards at the restaurant.

Visita con niños

Pasamos un día estupendo en esta encantadora cottage como parte de nuestra excursión a las cataratas con niños. La habitación no era muy grande, pero contaba con todas las comodidades y cumplió perfectamente con nuestras expectativas, resultando cómoda y acogedora. Cerca hay un pequeño lago para pasear con los niños. No cogimos la opción de cena. El desayuno correcto.

Nice and cozy

Were nice place to visit. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Nice and cozy restaurant although without a children's meny, which would be our only (very small) criticism. Will defintely recommend this place!

Staff were excellent OZI was so helpful and everyone was really friendly. She explained all the options for the park , made sure we had everything we needed and offered options for food if we’d like . Would definitely Recommend a stay here and we would love to come back another time x

We had a truly memorable stay at B&B Plitvis Hills, located just a short walk from Entrance 3 of the spectacular Plitvice Lakes National Park. This peaceful, well-maintained guesthouse is the perfect base for exploring the lakes—especially if you’re looking to avoid the crowds and soak in the natural beauty at your own pace. Rooms are clean, modern and very comfortable, with lovely touches and great views of the surrounding hills and forest. The property is tucked away enough to feel remote and tranquil, yet still perfectly positioned for easy access to the park. What really made our stay special, though, was the incredible hospitality. Ivan is an exceptional host. Ivan went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—at one point even filleting a freshly cooked fish at our table with the utmost care. Jasmine gave us a fantastic route through the lakes that helped us completely avoid the main traffic and allowed us to take hundreds of uninterrupted photos of the most scenic spots. Breakfast was fresh and generous, and the peaceful setting made each morning feel like a retreat. The only small downside was dinner. While the food was well prepared, the dinner menu wasn’t clearly explained, and with limited nearby dining options, it did feel a bit overpriced—€28 for a simple grilled chicken dish seemed excessive. A little more clarity and flexibility around the evening meals would really enhance the experience. Everything else about this B&B was outstanding!

Amazing Hotel room in the park away from crowds.

Incredible location and beautiful spacious room. It's not a cottage at all but a lovely modern room with an huge bathroom in an old home so close to the park. We could enter the park at 6:00 am and walk around without the crowds. The staff Ivan and Jasmine were wonderful and so helpful with park information too. 15 min and you are in the park. Nice restaurant for dinner too!
