"Visiting our son for a few days in Ottawa. More convenient to stay across the river in Gat than Downtown Ottawa. From check in to check out, it was great. Lobby & our room was updated. Husband forgot to clean out a dresser drawer full of clothes, which I called about it the next day, when I discovered it. Housekeeping did have them, thankfully I was able to have them picked up. I was a tad disappointed that staff didn't didn't reach out to me when they were discovered the day before...."

"Location is great. Staff was very welcoming, positive, and responsive. Room we got was beautiful and perfect for us with a large sliding door window, nice balcony with a view of the city and a beautiful bathroom. Really enjoyed our stay. Had an issue when we first arrived but staff moved quickly to resolve and everything went really well after that. We didnt get a chance to try the breakfast, but were able to get in the pool. Would be nice to make sure towels are available at the pool area when needed."
