We got two rooms and both of them were always clean, no need to remind anyone for clean towels or toilet paper. Every staff member staring from when we fist arrived which was Sergio was amazing and accommodating. Very close to restaurants and mall. Food is amazing, you can order what you like at any time of the day. If you’re looking for a safe clean place .. you need to consider this hotel and location.

The staff were consistently friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with anything we needed. Our room was spotless upon arrival and maintained to a high standard throughout our stay. Although our room faced the street and we occasionally heard passing cars or a honk here and there, the noise level was mild and didn’t bother us. That said, if you're sensitive to noise, you may want to request a room away from the street. Overall, this hotel was a great choice—clean, comfortable, and conveniently located for everything we needed.
