The rooms were comfortable, more so the room with the balcony (we changed rooms mid-stay) and housekeeping was very good but sometimes was done late in the day. Not a problem for us. Jacqueline was very responsive. Not her doing but the windows in the second room were not cleaned on the outside and made our view subpar.
Also note that this is a HARBOUR hotel, i.e. no beach. But a pretty view of the harbour, especially at night.
Breakfast had a very good variety of local and continental choices and was tasty. The wait and service staff were excellent. Kirk was sociable and efficient!!
The front desk staff were well trained and knowledgeable. Nataly was quite good. Our greeter John was entertaining and warm with a great sense of humor.
In the restaurant, Shaundell was proper and nice. And Jamal was energetic and congenial.
McGarvey who took care of drinks at the pool was attentive and sweet.
Overall a very nice stay.
