Great hotel in a great location

Lovely hotel right in the centre of Phi Phi and right next to the beach. Lovely swimming pools and great breakfast choice. All round a great hotel for families.

Bom hotel com otima localização

Hotel super bem localizado em frente a praia de Kho Phi Phi, com um bela piscina com vista para o mar. O café da manhã muito bom e oferecido em um local em frente ao mar, quase na areia e com muitas variedas. Não dei nota 5 por conta da manuitenção de alguns itens do quarto (portas de armario por exemplo) estarem com problema de fechar, o colchão da cama é muito duro (deveriam ter optado por uma opção intermediaria) e o cofre ser de dificil operção

O hotel tem pontos positivos, como a atenção dos funcionarios, que foram sempre prestativos. No entanto, alguns aspectos da hospedagem poderiam ser melhorados. O quarto apresentou alguns inconvenientes que impactaram a estadia. O chão ficou constantemente úmido, o colchão poderia ser mais confortável, pois é um pouco duro, e a água fornecida no hotel é salinizada, o que pode ser um ponto negativo para alguns hóspedes. Além disso, o café da manhã é razoável e havia muitas moscas no ambiente, o que comprometeu a estadia.

Um dos problemas foi o mau cheiro no Banheiro. A agua e salobra e tem um cheiro ruim também. Uma coisa boa e que o atendimento da recepção, pessoal da Limpeza e rapaz também que levou as nossas malas ate o píer são extremamente cordiais e atenciosos.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel is very dated and needs major renovations. The rooms smell like mildew and my family and I were coughing from the stale, wet air. The mattress is incredibly hard and uncomfortable and the sheets smell like mildew. The bathrooms have black mold in the corners of the tile. The music from the beach parties is loud at night but it’s understandable given the central location of the hotel. Overall the price was very high for a run down hotel but Phi Phi is an expensive place for accommodation.

Large room with large very firm beds, and a bathroom with a large nice shower, and the rooms get cleaned every day. Also nice staff. The downsides are smells of mold and garbage, salt water in the shower, noise from night clubs until 3 AM in the morning and a forgotten pool area. One staff member was sweeping up the leaves, but ignored garbage in the bushes. Garbage is a theme of the whole island, and I will for sure never come back.

Bra hotell, läskig personal

Centralt hotell på PhiPhi, tar bara ett par minuter att gå till ifrån hamnen och ger därför snabb möjlighet för utflykter! Sett till pris och faciliteter så är det otroligt prisvärt, trevligt poolområde, nära till hamn och strand, fräscha rum med en liten trevlig balkong med fantastisk utsikt. Dock väldigt hårda sängar, saltvatten i dusch och vask. Vi har bara ett stort minus och det är mannen som jobbade i bagagehanteringen/poolhandukarna. Han var otroligt närgången emot vår 11åriga son som var med, sade väldigt olämpliga kommentarer som att vi skulle lämna sonen med honom och åka hem till Sverige och försökte röra honom hela tiden till den grad att vi får se det som ofredande. Detta påverkade tyvärr hela upplevelsen på hotellet som vi annars skulle rekommendera starkt.
