Staff was very helpful and friendly! The hotel rooms are very clean and very comfy beds as well! Anthony and the lady at the front desk were very nice! The only bad thing is the neighborhood is not the greatest.

Super fint ophold og belligenheden var perfekt iforhold til city ca. 30 Min med train. Sengene varmt meget bløde og så har man sengetøj sat sammen af lagn ultæppe og lagn lidt svært at holde styr på.. Men alt i alt et perfekt ophold

My family needed a comfortable place to stay for my sisters Brooklyn wedding. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The lounge downstairs was convenient to grab a pre-dinner drink. The rooms were clean, bathroom had great lighting to do my makeup and hair, and the bed was very comfortable. Despite being able to see the trains go by the window lol you could barely hear them which was a relief. Anthony was very attentive at check out and made sure we had a nice stay.

The staff were all very friendly and professional. The room was basic but clean and had plenty of space for us during our short stey. There is a bar/lounge off the lobby which can be loud at night, and the TV monitor in our room has a blurry picture with random spots of white light showing through. The location was good for our purposes, but Broadway in Brooklyn can be chaotic so guests should be aware. All that aside, we would stay there again.

For the price it was a great stay! Definitely bring earplugs in case the bar downstairs has an event (only happened 1 out of the 3 nights and it was over by 2am) and if you're not used to the train (we had a window facing the street/train) but once ear plugs were in you couldn't hear anything! Staff was attentive when we needed more pillows and towels, overall very clean hotel/room. Loved the smoking area out in the back. A/C in the room was nice and cold. Would 10/10 stay here again, such a great location to see the best of Brooklyn!
