Great location clean modern rooms are a great value. Nice bar downstairs with free drink vouchers. The only thing keeping this from five stars is the pigeon poop that covers the windows. Was the case when I stayed here last summer and the case just now Feb of 2026. The structures outside the windows attract pigeons and their poop is cover g every window AND IS GROSS! Management should arrange for window washers at least weekly. GROSS!

Always pretty easy checking in to this hotel. Clean enough, a little tired around the edges, but comfortable.

The staff was great. The bed was comfortable, but too low for me to comfortably get up and on. Room safe would be nice for security reasons. Location was close to Highline so I liked it to get up and down the area easily.

Ozge was so kind!!!! During check in, she explained everything so well. She let us choose between lower or higher level floor!! Thank you for everything!! The hotel was always clean, I enjoyed the complimentary coffee/water/sparkling water! We were always greeted by the receptionist. Had a fire alarm go off Saturday night, but we were assured it was just a false alarm. Location is great.

4/10 Fair

The room looked nothing like the pictures, & was was neglected due to the fact of the lack of dusting on shelves. Took hours for the room to heat up. The staff was cool. This was not the pleasurable experience I was looking for & will never come back here.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a superb stay at Hotel Alameda in Chelsea, NY. The hotel was stylish, comfortable, and perfectly located, but what really stood out was the service. Martin was absolutely fabulous—attentive, warm, and went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. Highly recommend!

Staff were great. Mixed reviews on room. Also, not sure why extra fees needed to be charged by the hotel, made me wonder as my pre-payments to Expedia in past have been all inclusive.

Staff were nice, rooms are a little tired but ok, hotel is in an unbelievably central location and very well priced. The rooftop bar is a great place to hang out. But the parking lot they collaborate with is not great, service is terrible.
