The Artesian pools are great.....
Stay here for the artesian pools. Our room was clean and large but does need some repair work. That wasn't why I chose this place though. They have 3 pools - 2 are artesian, one inside and one outside. The inside pool is great, very clean and you can just relax in the pool or spa and enjoy the treatment of the water. The outdoor pool was also lovely and the large 'normal' pool was great. The groundsman (who was awesome), was happy to stop the cleaning of this pool for me and pull all the gear out of it so that I could have a swim in each pool before we left :)

Great place to stay with friendly staff and clean and comfy rooms. They have three pools and two heated to 35 and 40 degrees so was so nice having a dip after a long drive. The pools are open until 9pm as well. Will come back again.

Better Than Expected
This is a courtyard motel with plenty of parking, close to the town centre. Reception agreed to an early check-in on Christmas Day. Our spacious riverside room, had everything we needed, efficient air conditioning, TV, wifi, kettle, frig, safe, comfortable bed, bedside tables and lamps, breakfast table and two chairs. The bathroom also had plenty of space, was clean and well ventilated. The spa pools are a big attraction and one of us enjoyed a pleasant half hour in the waters. Ours was a family and friends Christmas visit so we didn’t take advantage of the free continental breakfast or eat any other meals at the restaurant. The only downside is that our room, while clean and adequate, is showing signs of wear and tear and could be improved by a refurb.

Do not take the cheaper rooms; you will regret it. The breakfast is basic continental, definitely not European style. Then you pay for what you get, and it is adequate. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are better in the mid-price range and up.
