The a/c did not work and they wouldn’t give us a different room. Said there were no available rooms even though rooms were available on hotels.com. The thermostat had no cover and I was shocked when I touched the on switch. Ants covered the table in the morning. Didn’t expect much, but this was worse than I imagined for sure.

It is the filthiest place I've ever seen. The pictures I have would make you want to vomit and run. Change rooms four times. First 2 room's had no TV. The third room the TV was busted then had to been moved to an upstairs room where there was a TV but the room was so dirty and filthy. I wouldn't even let my dogs sleep in that room. Front desk girl was very polite and helpful even though it was the worst day ever recommend not going here

The air conditioning was broken- super hot in room. No fan, so had to leave the one window open all night. Bed mattress old. Signage in front of property didn’t even show Super 8…it was another hotel sign. Parking lot needs repairs. Sink in bathroom looked like it would fall off the wall. Towels thin and some had holes worn thru. I was very disappointed as I have stayed at Super 8s previously and they were nice. I should have read the reviews before booking!

This Super 8 was not super at all! First the room was the ADA room which I did not request but took it anyways. The toilet seat was not screwed on tightly and we almost fell off of it. Then there was no cabinet in the bathroom to put any personal care items on. Then to top it off, there was no blow dryer. I asked at the front desk for one and none was available. I had to run to Walgreens to get one. It was very loud in the morning with a bunch of men going to work at 4 am. And the rooms had a musty, smoke scent. Not my best stay!

Instead of Super 8, it should have been called SubPar 8. Worst experience overnight stay and I'm a Vietnam infantry veteran. No fridge; towel racks torn from wall; blood spots on sheets. I used to travel 40-45 weeks a year and never have I experienced such a disgusting place. Black ants on the bed. Headboard fallen and behind the bed. Mattress sunk to the floor (lumpy). Stained sheets. Cops patrolling the area A LOT. Front staff was nice but you could tell they probably feared for their jobs if they tried to help you. Neighbor above was up until 2-3am…I know this because I couldn’t sleep with the banging. I wanted to say something but I literally was fearful of retribution. Sink faucet not stabilized.m. No smoke detectors. Currently hotels.com is trying to contact the manager but he’s not responding…surprised? He’The place should be condemned and closed. DO NOT STAY HERE!!
