Excellent hotel with a wonderful included breakfast. Was given a kitchenette suite on the top floor that was very nice. Within walking distance of the central market and dozens of dining options. Definitely would stay there again.

Perfect place for business/fun/vacation
It was an ideal place to stay. The staff at the front were wonderful to work with. Elvis was kind enough to help me with my luggage. Breakfast was great too. lots of options that change everyday. It was an ideal location with everything walking distance. Supermarket around the corner, Mall was a ten minute walk ( mostly because it was a huge hill). Too cold to go in the pool, but it looked dreamy. I loved the steam room! Perfect way to distress after work. The view from the 22nd floor was everything.

O hotel é mto bom! Localização mto boa, 10min andando do Mercado central e da Praça da Liberdade. Não é dos mais modernos, mas os quartos são amplos com uma sala e mini cozinha tb. Foi uma grata surpresa nossa estadia no Transamerica! Fomos muito bem atendidos por toda a equipe (recepção, restaurante, etc). O hotel é muito bem localizado no coração do bairro de Lourdes (o melhor bairro de BH na minha opinião) perto de shoppings, restaurantes, comércios, etc…pertinho também do Mercado Central e da feirinha da Afonso Pena. Ótima ambiência nas áreas comuns, recepção moderna e check in ágil, ótima limpeza, café da manhã excelente, roupa de cama e banho de boa qualidade (toalhas novas e cheirosas) e um estacionamento muito bom com manobrista. Importante também fazer uma menção de destaque ao restaurante do hotel que tem uma comida deliciosa, cardápio variado, preço justo e um atendimento impecável e acolhedor ! O Vinicius da recepção também foi nota 10 !

A piscina é aquecida. A academia tem equipamento suficiente para viajantes. A localização dá pra ir a pé para Praça da Liberdade, Savassi, Parque Municipal, Shopping Diamond etc. O quarto dúplex é um apartamento. O hotel tem uma arquitetura impressionante. Equipe muito boa.

Bom hotel mas necessita conservação
Boa localização, atendentes educados e prestativos, bom restaurante com bom preço, garagem paga, o quarto era confortável mas a conservação não é muito boa (colchão precisa trocar, teto no banheiro com forro fora do lugar). Vi um quarto com mezanino que não era bem conservado, então depende do quarto. Fiquei 11 dias no hotel e fui observando os prós e contras. No geral é ok, com as considerações acima.
