The hotel is about a 15-20 minute walk to Edinburgh downtown. The staff were friendly and the room was modern and clean. The restaurant is very over priced with disappointing food. I would recommend not to eat there, there are plenty of breakfast/coffee shops and restaurants in the neighborhood that are a better value.

A pleasant stay at this hotel, perfectly positioned for a walk to either the high street or Murrayfield. The bed was comfy and room clean although the bathroom was a little mucky in places. Plenty of coffee and pods for a brew. It was noisy outside the room near the elevators. Snacks and drinks from the self serve shop are very expensive and the bar closes early at 11pm. Parking available and at a reasonable price. We would stay here again though.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff , always ready to help and feel welcoming Lots of parking spaces, they let me park till late evening after check out . Unlike the premier Suite , which I paid £18 for one day parking , I was told i can’t park my car there after check out 11, the way speaking to me was so awful. Thanks to Leonardo, let me park extra hours , will be back next time in town
