I booked a room for 2 days at this hotel because it was close to family I was on a business trip but lucked out to be able to see my granddaughter at the same time I booked this hotel because it had a pool which I thought would be great for my granddaughter and I booked the king room as it looked like it had more space for her and some play time. I got to the room the king rooms are spacious looked clean but the TV was about the size of a laptop, you literally had to pull the TV to the edge of the dresser and sit at the end of the bed just to watch anything reasonably. and the coffee maker did not work I went downstairs to check out the gym and pool area and the pool was completely shut down which they did not advertise online, I was told that the hotel across the road had a pool that we could go over there to use it but who wants to load up the car drive across the street just for an hour of pool time in the dead of winter. I would have booked a different Hotel the gym was dark and dingy and smelt funny and I wouldn't really even call it a gym. There was a free breakfast buffet but the coffee was watered down the food was cold and the hash browns were undercooked I brought this up to the front desk they told me I could not get a refund because I booked through a third party hotel and I would have to contact the third party that I booked. The hotel is okay for people that are just passing through that need a bed to sleep in and don't care about all the other amenities.

Good check in but rude cook
Stayed multiple times, was good with every thing but cook was never friendly, was friendly towards other families but never mine. Gave rude comments under her breath. Complain about how many people were in my room when we had a room big enough for our family size. Seemed racist because the other families were a different ethnicity

Very friendly staff. Very chatty breakfast lady. Our room had one bed frame broken that when getting out of it on one side it flipped entire bed up. We let staff know.
