We stay at the Indigo hotel every year, it has everything that suits us so no need to look elsewhere. The bedroom is an excellent size, the bed very comfortable and a good size shower. Very close to bus and tram routes as well as the MTR. All the staff are very professional and helpful.

Dated hotel in need of maintenance
Saw multiple issues during our stay. TV didn't work. Asked for someone to come and fix it. Person who came had no idea, just said, the technician is not here, wait till tomorrow. It was 'fixed', but not really, and had to have someone come in again to fix. Air con was either hot or freezing. Shower was leaky, shower head needed changing. There was no way to open the shower door without pushing the floor mat out of the way, so the space outside the shower inevitably got wet and slippery. Breakfast was underwhelming, not recommended if not included in rate. Location was good, near the Wan Chai MTR. All in all, a disappointing experience. Lots of better hotels around.
