We switched rooms twice. I have a 1yo and am 6 months pregnant. The first room was very dusty, had a broken toilet lid, broken bedside lamp/charging station, and crusty dishes. We asked to be moved and was given a warm/musty room. Immediately walked out and asked for something else. Last room had many cracks in the tub/wall from the handicap bolted seat, black mold in the AC vent, and a fridge that was set on high but felt very warm inside. Contacted Expedia for help and was given the go ahead to leave with a full refund. I left my sunglasses in the room and when we asked the front desk man he told my husband to wait while he goes to look. He came back saying we must have the glasses in our luggage. After rummaging through our entire luggage twice I went in and said I came in with them and I no longer have them. The man wrote a list of the room numbers and tossed the paper at me. I found my sunglasses on the rolling chair. I don’t recommend this place. Claimed they had one room available at a whopping $299/night but lot was empty and kept switching rooms for us. Staff was unfriendly. The manager asked how I knew the fridge was warm and I said I could go buy a thermometer if she wanted me to.
