We had a lovely stay at The X Belek. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and family-friendly, but what really made our stay special was the staff. They were always kind, helpful, and welcoming. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay at X Belek. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The facilities were good, and the location was convenient for exploring the local area. The food offered a decent variety, and there was always something to choose from. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that there were a few small areas that could be improved, but they didn’t significantly affect our stay. Overall, a great holiday and I would happily recommend the hotel to others.

Oda temizliği gerçekten iyiydi. Ancak plajda içeceğin hatta buzun bile limitli olması, çalışanların yabancı olmasına rağmen İngilizce konuşunca bile anlamamazlıktan gelmeleri insanı gerçekten mutsuz ediyor. Otelde hiç bir çalışan sorunuza yanıt veremiyor. Sanki çalışmak için tesadüfen gelmişler gibi. Akşam yemeği servisi yapan personel, gündüzcüleri telafi etmek istercesine canla başla servis yapıyordu. Yemekler beklentimden iyiydi. Umarım tatile gidecekler bizim gibi su kesintiside yaşamaz! Çünkü personel bu sorun karşısında da sorularınızı yanıtlamaz veya çözüm bulamaz. Odaların kliması gayet iyiydi. Ancak otel restoranı ve lobi kısmında sanırım tasarruf amaçlı klimalar çalışmıyordu.
