Brand new hotel so it's very clean. Great pricing. Easy Kiosk for check-in. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The rooms are very basic but they do have a refrigerator, small stove top, dishwasher. There is no on site breakfast or pool but the workout room looks great as well as the laundry facilities.

This hotel was a-mazing! The property was super clean, well maintained and very quiet. The beds were very comfy. I enjoyed my stay here. The gentleman who was at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. The only downside was they had many washers / dryers broken, but it didn’t impact me at all. I was able to get my laundry done with great ease. If you are in the area, definitely stay here!

There was no water all day Monday Sept 14 and the manager never made any attempt to refund me or my card or make any sort of recompense for the fact that I was staying in a room with no water to cook, wash hands or shower. Just no water for hours and nothing from management. Terrible

It felt as if LivAway is stuck somewhere between a regular mid-range hotel and an extended stay facility. It had a kitchenette with a full-size fridge, a 2-place cooker, dishwasher and sink. But, with 2 queen beds ( allowing for 4 people) there were only 2 each bowls, plates, forks, spoons, and knives. No cooking utensils or pots/pans of any type. No paper towels, napkins, facial tissues or other convenience items. Also only 2 towels in the bathroom. Next, we wanted blankets for the beds. No blankets anywhere in the room. We called tried to call the front desk. Pressed the "operator" button on the room phone and got a messasge that "the person is unable to answer the phone and does not have a mailbox setup. So, I went down to the front desk and asked. David was at the front desk and told me that he could solve the blanket issue. However, we had to stop on 2 different floors because he said there was only 1 BLANKET PER FOLOOR! (BTW David was extremely helpful and professional.) All that said, it was clean, new, nice finishes and a convenient location.

Having the kitchen made this stay work amazing for us. The property is nice and you can tell it’s newer. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because we were put in a room next to a guest that was in and out of his room what felt like every 30 minutes the entire day and night (both nights) and the doors are so loud making it very hard to sleep good. Other than that, we would definitely use this place again.

We booked this hotel after our air-conditioning broke late at night. We arrived in the night desk agent was super helpful and energetic which helped alleviate some stress. The room was super clean with a comfy bed, great layout and strong AC.
