The entry doors are not useful for handicapped patrons. Neither are the room doors. Both make it very difficult to come and go, as they do not stay open at all. The tub, while it had safety bars, is super slippery. I had to make other arrangements, since I really didn't want to fall and visit the local emergency department.
Both nights, there was a non handicapped vehicle backed into the only handicapped space and was not monitored. The room was clean, as was the hotel. There were no signs or indications that it was not a gun friendly hotel. Arizona is an open carry state. Yet they asked that we remove our gun from the premises. The towels are micro small and rough. Small irritant, but still…
They randomly charged us for our stay after the first night, not on check out day, and there was an unexpected $50 charge as well. That charge was for a "deposit" that we were never made aware of and was not in the agreement.
They sure made up a lot of rules that were not written or posted, while not enforcing ones that were legally written and posted. We won't be staying here again, nor do we recommend anyone else does.
