Great location! The room was quite small- we were visiting London as part of a longer international trip so we had one big suitcase and found it almost impossible to open it in the room. not so good, bedrooms are not all in the main building. our bedroom was on the other side of the road, also the building does not have lifts( our bedroom was on the 3rd floor), I was travelling with my mother and I feel for older people is not friendly the amount of stairs. our bedroom was extremely small and noisy. The breakfast was ok, although the room is extremely small for the amount of bedrooms the hotel has.

The hotel is located in a quiet leafy square, building is a tradition Victorian house, lots of character. Staff were helpful, the rooms were slightly small but reflects the price. Breakfast was fresh and hot, seating area a bit small but cosy. A nice friendly hotel

This was a lovely little hotel. It was in a great area, definitely take a walk around the neighborhood, lots of restaurants and bars in the area. They included a wonderful breakfast. The room was small but that's London, and the staff was kind and helpful.
