Hotel Crystal Reims Centre
"I liked that the hotel is right in the main tourist avenue and near the train station. I loved that the hotel is set back from the Main Street and it feels like you’re entering a private garden. I’m a sucker for spiral staircases and those small elevators that have been installed in the spiral. My room had AC. While not necessary, it might have been useful during the cannicules this summer. The staff was friendly, kind and helpful. The bathroom is quite large. Great value and experience. I’d stay there again."

4 tips for savvy savings when booking a hotel in Reims

For exploring the city's key landmarks, historical sites, and cultural attractions—including its cathedral, monuments, winery, museums, tours, churches, cafes, shopping areas, and historical and natural parks—a stay of at least 1 to 2 days is ideal. This budget-friendly timeframe is great value for money, especially for travellers on a budget, as hotel prices could drop during these months, offering a more affordable experience.
- Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: You may discover enticing offers when visiting Hotels.com's DealsOpens in a new window section. For last-minute trips to Reims, you could find reduced hotel prices in the Last-Minute Deals area, where rooms near your travel date may be available at discounted rates. Stay informed by enabling email alerts or push notifications for flash sales. Additionally, the Smart Shopping tool on the app is a comparison tool that helps travellers compare hotel prices and amenities, ensuring you're more likely to spot a great last-minute getaway opportunity.
- Be flexible with dates: Prices may fluctuate based on factors such as the hotel’s location, star rating, and time of year, so being flexible with your dates might help you save on your stay in a Reims hotel. For those in search of distinctive experiences, boutique hotels can provide a more personalised touch and occasionally offer better value. When you book with Hotels.com, we will inform you if the price for your selected dates is above or below the average, and if it is on the higher side, we may suggest more affordable dates to help you secure a more attractive option.
- Consider your location: Hotels near the city centre usually tend to be more expensive, but thanks to Reims's excellent public transport links, you might find a reasonably priced independent hotel further afield that is still well connected. For those wishing to explore alternative, less busy neighbourhoods or even lesser-known nearby towns, there is often excellent value for money. Opting for these alternative destinations may provide a more authentic and budget-friendly experience.
