The family room was clean and the sofa bed was bigger than most so could easily sleep my two teens. Breakfast was great and EV charging was available which meant we were able to drive off the next morning without having to charge first. Lovely new hotel about 15 mins walk to the cathedral. Good location, great staff, good size rooms and breakfast on 9th Floor with a view. Lots of parking underground and we enjoyed our stay very much. We were there for the eclipse and the hotel were giving away special glasses for the event which was a bonus!

Nice hotel with convenient parking. The free breakfast for all guests was a great bonus, and it was an easy walk to the city centre. The free EV charging was appreciated, but the charging spaces could have been better marked, and clearer rules for charging would help ensure that more guests can benefit from them. The hotel is clean and fresh with an equipped kitchenette in the room. Room was a good size. Only a short walk to plenty of restaurants and shops. The carpark was secure and easy access. The breakfast was great and located on the top floor so a great view. Definitely would stay here again when visiting Reims.

Hotel under renovation of which we were not informed about at the time of booking. Consequently none of the facilities were available. No secure parking, Gym, restaurant, bar etc. Breakfast had been relocated to another business a few doors away from the hotel. we had been move to another room which turned out to be an invalid room. Again with no competition. Staff were less than helpful. Simply claimed info on the renovation would have been highlighted at the time of booking. It was not.

Friendly welcome at check-in. Although I could have parked in the private service road outside the hotel, I paid 15 euros for the covered, locked car park as we had a lot of ski gear on show in the car. The standard room was quiet, comfy bed, bathroom had a good strong shower with plenty of hot water. Breakfast on the 9th floor was busy at 8am on Easter Sunday but well stocked. And ithe hotel is only a ten minute walk through the gardens and over the bridge into the town centre (you can get a tram if you wish).
