It's my first time sleeping in NY and the truth is LIC HOTEL is a clean hotel, the receptionist was very friendly, although the central A/C did not work they gave me a laptop and if it worked, and they also give you a breakfast service in the mornings, and it is close to some places to eat, I would definitely go back there

A reasonable budget hotel in a good location close to Dutch Kills and Queensboro stations. If youre on a tight budget this would fit the bill but it's not high end so limit expectations. Air-conditioning is not the best and there was noise coming through the balcony door which didnt fully close. We had a decent continental breakfast included and the staff were nice. Over all it was good value for someone who isnt over fussy.

The hotel is well located, close to 3 stations, which is helpful. However, our room had a broken bed and didn't have the mini-fridge as advertised. The bathroom is good, it was clean and the water is hot, but the room has carpet and needs cleaning. It's not very comfortable to sleep in.

The staff specially Omar was awesome. We had some AC issue with the room and he helped us get another room. The place is great. And yes they do have breakfast! The serve crossiant , bagels cup cakes and pies. The local is great the Dutch kill station is 3 mins walk away. We didn’t use the hotel parking but found a spot (12 mins walk away) for 20 dollars per night. I will definitely consider this for future stay.
