The staff were very friendly and gave us a warm welcome, showing us around when we arrived. The hotel was clean throughout, and the air conditioning worked really well, which made our stay comfortable.
We stayed in a downstairs superior room. Unfortunately, there was a noticeable smell of drains in the room, and because it was on the ground floor, people walking past on the road could see into the room, which reduced our privacy.
The bathroom layout was a little unusual, with separate frosted glass cubicles for the shower and the toilet. While functional, they didn’t offer much privacy.
Overall, the friendly staff and cleanliness were positives, but the room location, drainage smell, and lack of privacy would make me think twice about booking the same room again. I would imagine an upstairs room would be better, as they appear to have balconies.
