Excellent location! Can walk to majority of the attractions, shopping and dining district in 5 to 20 minutes. Nearby the train station. The hotel is clean and modern. Appreciate the Welcome Fruit Amenity. The breakfast buffet included was excellent in terms of freshness and variety of food; with a window view of the Church of Santa Maria Novella. The only complaint is the in-room WiFi. It got my cell phone connected for just 2 to 3 minutes and dropped. Basically, in-room WiFi was unavailable!...

The hotel is new and operated by Italian hotel group. The design is fusion between tradition Italy and the modern. The room is very clean and tidy with a large bathroom. The breakfast is also great. The only bad point is the hotel is far from downtown. Luckily it's next to the No.22 bus stop which will reach train station within 15 minutes. Just need to take care of personal belonging and be aware of the pickpockets on bus.
