We had a great trip and really enjoyed Hotel Silla! Everyone was so helpful and kind. The location was convenient to food and sites. Breakfast was a great spread including made to order scrambled eggs and bacon. All the rooms we had access to (the breakfast room, our room and an extra hotel bathroom) were beautiful and updated. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel for a few hours before catching our train which was nice getting to enjoy our last few hours without having to lug around our bags. I'd highly recommend Hotel Silla!

Our room was in the lowest room kind of basement #43 the towels are very bad type like blankets

The staff was good nothing was to much trouble the breakfast was was just fantastic lots of choice . the rooms and the bathroom was small but as you are out all day it does not matter the only thing I missed was a kettle in your room.

We stayed at Hotel Silla back in--is it possible?--1993 and decided to try it again after all these years. We were not disappointed. It is seemingly unchanged in all its positive ways. We had enjoyed staying on the quieter side of the Arno, and if anything, that is even more valuable today with the greater number of tourists in Florence. The hotel is opposite a bit of green space along the Arno and is accessed through a charming interior courtyard. Our room was comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful, breakfast was very nice, and we particularly liked the terrace on the first floor. We enjoyed breakfast there, but unfortunately we were in Florence during a very hot period, and it was too warm to enjoy the terrace at later times in the day. We would happily return for future trips to Florence. One recommendation: a shelf for toiletries within the shower would make washing more convenient.

The room was amazing. Very spacious for a family of four. Great location! Walkable to all sites in Florence. Very nice staff. Delicious breakfast.

The hotel is located in a walkable distance from Firenze center, the breakfast is very good, the stuff is very helpful, but the Wi-Fi in our room did not work.
