The location in Covent Garden is excellent. Despite the city-centre location my room was quiet. The AC was effective and welcome. My room was very clean but small (like many new, reasonably priced hotels). It was comfortable for 1 person would have been a squeeze for two. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. I didn’t have breakfast but the staff was always helpful when I needed it. And the air conditioning was working!! It was very warm outside, so it was great to sleep in the cool room. And the shower was hot and the pressure great. The rooms are small, but there was a hair dryer, hot water tea pot and coffee makings. Overall, it suited my needs perfectly.
