Price was excellent and they gave me a free breakfast. Which was pretty good for the total money spent. It’s safe and the location is pretty good in El Poblado.

The staff were very friendly however, the hotel let in a lot of traffic noise, and unfortunately the cafe/restaurant was only open until 3. I did not see a spa anywhere on the premises. The food came in very large portions so you may want to share. It was delicious!
