2/10 欠佳

Upon arrival the rooms were over booked. We had to wait over an hour to get a room key. Once we entered the room we learned the toilet did not flush. We contacted staff in which no one ever came, The smoke alarm beeped all night and to top it all off the sheets on the beds were dirty with what appeared to be blood stained. Lastly, someone claiming to be maintenance came into my room at 230am!!!! Luckily I was awake and was not harmed. The man said “he was letting someone in there room” but at 230 am???. This was a horrible experience and I will never book here again.
