The problems: first no airport shuttle available despite advertising otherwise; next, the Lyft driver the hotel arranged did not appear so I had to make other arrangements to get to the hotel; third, the desk person checking me in would not take the information for a ride to the airport the next morning. She said that she would call my room and get the information later which turned out to be only my name, room number, phone number (all of which she just got from me while checking me in)and time of pick up. That said, she didn't call me as promised. I had to call her before I went to sleep to make the arrangements. Then, the next morning it turned out that she never arranged the ride for me. Fortunately, the lady at the desk that morning was able to get a ride for me pronto as I had an early flight. So, caveat emptor.
