We didn’t stay here, the room at a large gap in the wall where the ac unit goes, there was rodent feces in the corner of the room, the window wouldn’t close, there were pubic hairs and stains on the sheets, the bathroom was very dirty and the room smelled terrible! We took our concerns to management and were told we would receive a refund and our stay would be cancelled at no charge, we found another hotel that was much nicer a little ways down the road, believe the reviews for this place and stay away!!! Also still haven’t received a refund!

First, I'll give credit to the staff for doing a good job with absolutely nothing to work with. This is not a motel. This is a place where they place the 'unhoused' or transients (or whatever you want to call them). This in no way should be available for the general public to stay in--and the city of Niagra Falls should have this placed condemned (similar to Love Canal in the 80's). Just terrible, awful, foul smelling, not even cleaned, broken window, air conditional with a 3 inch long gap, in the wall, and looked like it was installed by a three-year-old. The bathroom had black mold on the ceiling, and the outside looks nothing like the picture. Plants would help--it may even improve the living conditions of the poor unfortunates who are forced to live there by the State, or the City. The last morning (yes I made it two nights!) I saw a roach. The first evening a suspicious black tinted window Escalade roamed the parking lot. Maybe it was a priest giving last rights to the place. It is indeed dead this poor excuse for a motel. Drive past, wave, but save your $90 dollars (which is a crime in itself), and stay somewhere else.

Rooms are smelling like weed smoking even it’s says non smoking room. It is not really good rooms as window was not closing properly. I do not recommend to stay in fallsview inn as compared to other hotels little more than this.

Pathetic! Don’t ruin your trip.

Pathetic ! Rooms are not cleanly maintained and they smell really bad. I wouldn’t stay here even if it’s free.

Dog hair on the beds and floor. room smelled like smoke and the beds had dirty paw prints on them. Cleanliness is not a priority here but it is cheap.

cheap for quick stay

there was no blanket, just a sheet, fire alarm was diabled, no live tv but I had a Google tv device i was able to connect. room was cheap and clerk was very friendly.

I arrived quite late, there was no one at the counter so I had to call and wait about 5min. Communication with the staff wasn't all too well but okaish. Apparently the room I booked wasn't available so I got the upgrade - better room but with 2 double beds instead of 3. Which was fine for me.
