8/10 Very good

The rooms was super spacious (double room with sofa bed). We traveled with 2 small kids (8 and 2) abd had a lot of space. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The hotel is in a mall with supermarket and shops and outside there is a street food with many options to chose from. Really recommend the place when traveling wity family

We enjoyed our stay. It’s a big complex of shopping malls and others facilities, so a bit confusing at first but, was ok after the 1st day.

We booked a suite with a joining room for a family celebration for four adults. The seating area was lovely and a small kitchen was very useful. The whole hotel was nice with easy access to the connected shopping centre.

8/10 Very good

The size of the rooms is probably the largest among Hong Kong city centre hotels. My complains are only that the elevator system is a bit complex, and the air con is never comfortable - it’s either too hot or too cold, and too drafty even at the lowest setting.
