We weren't there in winter so obviously winter sports were out. We are however hikers and the mountain paths and trails surrounding the village and lakes are incredible. A hikers paradise for sure. We loved the variety of restaurants bars and shops.

Good
It's overpriced. The cost of tickets and rooms. You could go to France and enjoy world class slopes at the same cost. $1000 USD a night for peak times and $250 USD lift tickets and any meal costing $30-50 USD per person is kinda crazy.

Whistler is a beautiful and budget friendly option for a nice fall getaway. Also so many delicious dining options and great activity options like axe throwing and a night walk light show.

I love whistler. Whistler is a very unique, pure mountain. It is a mountain that has not been scarred by war. Even the air you breathe is so light and fresh. The vibe of whistler is so refreshing and clam. It's a nice place for retreat.
"Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The suite was immaculate. Loved having a living room and kitchen. Really loved being able to reserve the rooftop hot tub for 30 minutes. "
"The room was ready quite early so it was a nice surprise because we were expecting to have to kill some time in the village in the meantime.
It turned out to be great timing as we had just finished a morning of doing the Peak to Peak. "
"Wonderful hotel with brilliant facilities. We loved our stay at Summit Lodge - staff were helpful and friendly, the room was clean and spacious, the facilities including the pool and hot tub were great. It’s also next to plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for a fab stay!"
"We always enjoy our stay at the Westin at Whistler. The staff are always wonderful. We received a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival. Lovely room and love the convenience to the mountain for biking.
Only thing we would change is softer pillows…the pillows are incredibly uncomfortable the past couple of years we have stayed. They used to be super comfy…such an important detail. Thanks for overall great accommodations!"
