Plugged toilet cockroach infested my room was so bad i have pictures i demanded my money back and the would not return my money. I stayed for 20 min and decided to vacate the stay if reached public health at that hour i would of false advertisement as my room was opposite of the ad hair in tub smelly cold ... someone along the chain is clueless for allowing this dump of space onto Hotel.com. I am so disgusted with this hotel

We booked a non-smoking room. The property was not able to provide us with one. We were sent to three rooms and all of them were so smelly. I do understand that this is an old hotel. I had stayed in old hotels before and when we booked a non-smoking room, one was given to us. We booked for two people. They provided us with just one towel and the towel shed lint all over me when I used it. The room was dirty, and smelly. I will not be back.

There was no remote control for the Tv. Phoned front desk and it was over 30 minutes before I called back and and canceled, as we decided to just go to sleep. Could have had more than 2 towels in the room? Not even a box of Kleenex in the room or even a bottle of water in the fridge would have been nice. The one baseboard on the bed was not attached properly and almost woke up the adjacent room as it banged quite loud until we realized what the problem was as

Get what you pay for. Heavy discounted over other hotels. Furnishings older. Bedding very clean and crisp. Carpet worn/torn in spots as well. Staff charged for rooms upfront before seeing them. Check them out first imo.
