Lots of empty shops. It was so sad to see Wayfarers Arcade so empty. Those that are left on Lord street were busy and it was good to see the small independent shops. Beautiful buildings and lots of family memories.

A little run down now from its former splendour but still a very nice seaside town. Lovely gardens Hopefully the pier will open this year. Plenty of parking both on street and in car parks

Shame piers still closed but looks like a lot of works going into the town to bring it back,
"The Resident was very comfortable and convinient. The room was in perfect condition and staff was friendly.
The only slightly uncomfortable thing is that they don’t have a kitchen, si they don’t offer breakfast. But there are a lot of options in the area. "
"Very nice hotel.Will stay again.Its a city hotel so yes the drinks are expensive. Paid £25 for breakfast but it was topnotch. Spa is expensive at £50 for 2 hours. However I went off-peak at 08.00 for £30 which is a bit better.
Had 2 requests while there. One for Decaf T-bags and another as we needed toilet rolls. Both requests were met with delivery to room within 10 mins. Excellent service. The whole experience was first class. Thank you"
"We had a fantastic stay at the Titanic. Check-in was extremely good - very welcoming and helpful. The room was superb - spacious, clean and very comfy. Breakfast was fabulous - great choice and extremely efficient and friendly staff at hand. Will definitely stay again! "
"Communal stairs in need of a hoover , cups were all dirty inside and when we asked for another one for the third person that cup had all dried sugar in the bottom . The bathroom had been updated but the rest of the room was run down , wallpaper hanging off and trouble locking and unlocking the door . Games room had 3 things working and the rest broken. Didn’t have breakfast so I couldn’t review on that . Bed was good. "
