Got the 2 bed room apartment for a long family stay, and the apartment was well cleaned, fresh and airy. Amenities (washer/dryer, microwave, cooker etc all included). The staff were welcoming and helpful especially the Manager, house keeping came every other day or so & were thorough, Location is great at Canary wharf, close to the train station and other nice shopping & dining access within walking distance. Overall would definitely recommend this Fraser place for stays!

I took my son to the Minecraft experience we stayed here and had such a lovely stay. Easy short walk to the tube station so easy access to the rest of London. Really lovely lady on reception who helped us with this. Quiet place with the stunning buildings made it a wonderful stay, I'll definitely look to stay here again when visiting London. Room was beautifully clean, modern and a comfy bed.

Great stay! Arrived at hotel to be greeted with friendly and helpful staff. Booked a premier room for 3 of us, had 2 separate internal rooms, one bedroom, and the other a kitchen/living space with a pullout sofa bed (which was already made) - both really comfortable! The room was made up really well and was very clean too, but the chair upholstery could be refreshed in the main bedroom. Toiletries provided were great, and the Nespresso coffee machine and selection of Nespresso pods and teas were a nice surprise! Kitchen area was fab - we had so much kitchenware available to use, including; an oven, hob and pullout hood, a washing machine and a small table and chairs to sit and eat at. Really impressed with this hotel overall and had a great stay!
