Furnishings are pretty old. Walls not very soundproof can hear the noise from next door and running water pipes. Aircon was also not very cold at night, had little sweat at sleep every night but was chilly during daytime. The location is at prime spot cos it’s strategically situation at heart of Pratunam night market. Not many grab drivers would drop or pick u from the hotel, we met both types of grab drivers cos the street is quite narrow. I would return to this hotel if visiting BBK again.

The A/C did not cool but the reason for the low stars is because they are crooks. They charged us $20 US for an old sheet that had some tiger balm on a corner which could wash out with soap. DO NOT RECOMMEND they will try to nickel & dime you. You basically can sweat on those raggedy sheets.

No toothbrush or toothpaste. No slippers despite website stating there is. Air con wasn’t cold enough bedsheets were dirty. Wasn’t even a phone for me to call for reception. Wifi was poor. The water from the tap turned into rusty water a few time during bath. A very poor hotel and grab drivers didn’t want to come in as hotel was in alley had a difficult time getting grab.

Overall ok since the price is what u paid for. Make up room no vacuuming or mopping. Toilet only have their refillable shampoo and shower bottles, shower cap, a piece of soup and ear buds w 1 toilet toll. Nothing else. No slippers, toothbrush, shaver, comb. If u want a more comfy and luxury stay, this will not be ur choice but for budget stay yes its ok and 7-11 is just below ur tower 2 Tower 1 few steps away is the lobby for chk in and out. Step out of tower 2 along the way out, its all food and night / morning market shops. But a distance away from Platinum mall. If u are ok to walk, it is still consider a good cheap location. 😊
