Short stopover
Short overnight stay. It was great to walk into a room that was nice and warm after getting off a 12hr flight on a freezing December evening. Room was comfortable, warm shower and staff were polite and professional. Price was very reasonable for Heathrow Hotel Hoppa leaves from the hotel next door( 3min walk away)

Overnight before flight
Stayed overnight, a very cold night -2 C and no control over thermostat in room. A heater was produced for us however. Thought a bath would warm us up, but no plug. Again one was produced, so all well. Perfect location for London bus service to the terminals. Plenty of buses running the route and a list is in reception to remind you of bus numbers. Most importantly room was clean.
