Great oceanfront hotel
Really liked the location and staff. Very clean, with everything we needed to cook in our room. The pool was also very nice, always plenty of seating. However, as Americans, we're accustomed to having things like tissues, hand soap, conditioner, more than one pillow per person, hand towels, and blankets, but after we adjusted we found we were fine without them. I also thought we did something wrong because it was hard to get service at the restaurants, but I think this is mostly a cultural difference. Loved Bonaire and would stay at Chogogo again. Keep in mind that the area near the hotel is not easily walkable (no paved sidewalks).

Love this resort.. can’t wait to return!
Second time at Chogogo.. looking forward to my next trip! I’ll remember to bring a small bar of handsoap. There is none in the unit bathrooms. The staff at Sunset and Bina are amazing… service at the bar on the beach is pretty awful. I’ll just plan to eat at Sunset and Bina when I return!

Stayed 12/19/24-12/28/24,a standard studio,3rd floor in A1 overlooking the villas/lazy river.Requested a blanket, microwave,late check out for $25.00(till 2:00 pm)in advance.Small fridge,(1)ice tray.We refilled&stocked ice in a zip lock bag.Safe,dish soap,t-towel,potholder,toaster&nespresso coffee machine provided (pods single/pkg at the office).The bed was firm but still comfortable.TV had limited English channels,we don’t watch much tv on vaca.Limited space for storing clothing,no luggage rack to sit luggage on,left bag on the floor and 1 on dining room chair. The bathroom was large, nice rain shower, body/soap dispenser on the wall (we used our own)&blow dryer.Two bath towels in the room but you can request more from the office. No washcloth or hand towel.I take my own hair wrap to dry my hair.No place to set your foot while shaving,I took a portable suction footstep, found on amazon & it worked great. Balcony great, 2 chairs & small table.Rented a truck 7 days $385(battery a little weak, the windshield dirty but the vehicle in good shape, went to grocery store Van Den Tweel (choc croissants) and another grocery store past Rum Runners left turn when leaving hotel has all essentials.Beach nice, many chairs, filling quickly with day passes.Love the lazy river,people walk it&kids playing in it, collecting the tubes making it a challenge sometimes to find a tube.Hotel responded immediately answering any questions ext car rental x1 day for us.

This hotel is just a little over 2 yrs young here I think and I believe the best part of the stay, was the friendliness helpfulness of the staff. Especially the ladies at reception. (Special shout out to Nicole, Quincy Samara, where Nicole went out her way to help my wife's locked knapsack at our night checkin, Quincy for suggesting where I can workout and Samara for great help with my EV rental. :) Thank you.

My husband and I have just returned from a 2 week stay at Chogogo and loved it. The resort is in a good location, close to Kralendijk and also central to the north and south ends of the island for snorkeling. We had a deluxe ocean view room on the first floor...it's nice to have the lazy river just outside your patio door. The room was a nice size and the kitchen was well equipped. The pool area is very nice with lots of different types of beach chairs. The staff were amazing even before we arrived. We emailed at least twice w/questions and they were quick to reply answering everything. We especially appreciate everything that Lot did to help ensure our stay was perfect. She was always very attentive and happy to help! We will return for sure!
