There’s no elevators, we struggled to take our heavy luggage’s to the 4th floor. The stairs are so narrow. This was not stated on the website that the hotel have no elevators if you have disabilities please book another hotel because the receptionist won’t likely help you to change to a ground floor room.

Nice little boutique place - simple but comfortable rooms. Basic breakfast which I didn’t really bother with, but seemed nice enough. Shared bathroom between three rooms but wasn’t an issue. Very nice staff , especially the male staff Nefi, he helped us to move our luggages to our room and down to the lobby, and the other staff also is helpful although the room is not that perfect, our mounted heater not working but they offered us another mobile one. And the location is perfect, many buses to central London and railway station.
