They reject your parcels!!
Hotel is clean and modern but what was disappointing is the management. They rejected three of my parcels which arrived shortly before my stay. Small, nothing extraordinary. They quoted space yet the stockroom was nearly empty. It caused me a lot of hassle including chasing up refunds from suppliers plus I ended up not getting the items I really needed.

Good value for money and great location.Fab decor!
Extremely clean and modern. Love the decor in the room and the reception/bar area. Staff were lovely.4G reception v poor. iPad in room useful but bit time consuming. Turned room temperature up and fan down but room still felt cold. Black out blinds were fab. Bed really comfy but pillows not very good (all 4 were the same) so have a stiff next after stay. Breakfast very expensive so didn’t bother but latte very good. Reasonably priced and a great location. Will stay again

Great Place - Great Room
The stay was great. Nice room, comfy bed. Would stay here again. Rooms are small but efficient. If you travel heavy - large suitcases - you will have issues. But that’s on you. The hotel is new, quiet, and well situated. The tube and Victoria Station are near by.

What a wicked time
Stay was amazing, would definitely stay at this hotel again, we had tickets to the theatre and it couldn’t have been closer. Only one thing I would fault, no coffee facilities in the hotel room, and coffee down stairs was more exspensive than Costa.

Greatest fun in a hotel
Loved the concept, great conversations in living area, great breakfasts, and snacks, manager was fabulous (parked) may have gotten that wrong. Room was a blast, loved the controls, mood noise, auto curtains, tv selection, bathroom multi color nite light, the whole BR glowed, what fun!

Great hotel for seeing Hamilton
Great place to stay if you're seeing a show around victoria (Hamilton or wicked). Loved the modern look. Really comfy. We enjoyed controlling the room from the tablet. The only one little issue is having to fiddle with the lights on the tablet if you need to go to the toilet in the middle of the night. Lots of other light fixtures also had physical switches. The toilet could probably do with one too. Sorry if there was and we missed it.
