Baltic Amber is a VERY unique place. Its location is PREMIERE, access to private beach is totally unreplaceable. Hotel itself leave a lot to be desired, the main problem is LACK OF AIR CONDITIONNING, which at todays age of global warming is a big NO NO! What compensate this is unbelievable management. I have to mention by name deputy manager, Mrs. ANIA, who was EXCEPTIONALLY helpful in making our stay memorable (even without AC) :). All in all, beside the shortcomings of the hotel itself, its location, private beach and manager Ania made our stay truly memorable.

A great hotel and well positioned right next to the beach. Rooms clean and looked recently refurbished. Nice pool area. Food good and well presented. Reception staff excellent. Bar/restaurant in the evening - the staff need to engage with guests. The bar was often unattended, and staff seemed to hide in the kitchen. One waitress called Ania was excellent but others need to understand something of what is required to work in the service industry. There is a nightclub next to the hotel (not part of the hotel) which seemed to have a licence to play music until 4am. This was an issue on one of the nights of our stay. Overall, this is a great hotel and we would return, just ensuring we had a room on the side of the hotel that was away from the nightclub.

Fantastisk hotell! Läget är perfekt vid stranden. Frukostbuffén var mycket bra. Poolerna rena och fräscha. Stranden är superfin. Vi blev överraskade över att det var så många restauranger och butiker utanför hotellet. Minus- hårda sängar. Ingen AC (vilket jag fattar när det är mer kallt än varmt under året)

Das Hotel ist gut. Nah am Strand,Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeit wie Supermarkt ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt.Parken ist zu teuer!!! Der Umgebungslärm am Abend ist abends viel zu laut so das schlafen erst nach 2 Uhr möglich ist. Auch eine Klimaanlage wäre toll.
